OTHER

SPOT

Imagine sitting around the camp fire, sharing life stories and encouraging each other.

Imagine two weeks with no watch, no cellphone and no frantic schedule.

Imagine a day completely alone with God.

Imagine being stretched beyond your limits, and finding God right there.

Imagine being with a group of sincere young people, asking good questions and learning about God in a fresh way together.

You are imagining a Focus Trip.

In a caring and “safe” environment far away from distractions of normal life, you can let down your guards, think more clearly, and embrace new truth and direction from God. It is a time of refocus, refueling and refreshment. “The wilderness, the beauty and the people make such a good combination that words cannot describe and a million pictures cannot show it,” was one girl’s testimony.

It is also a time of challenge. One person said, “Being stretched out of my comfort zone and surviving gave me courage to face other challenges in life.” Living in the wilderness, doing hard things and leaving comforts behind make a wonderful platform for personal development and growth. Together as a team you face challenges and grow stronger as people.

A spiritual leader is on the trip bringing direction and life-lessons from the journey. Around the campfire is one of the safest places to talk, process and dream.  The lessons learned on the trip are taken home and applied to real life. Young people leave changed, revived and ready to follow God with new passion. Someone on a recent trip said, “You can learn in days what normally takes years to learn.”

If you are looking for a serious time of adventure with God, the Focus Trip is for you. Apply today!

"In short, the wilderness strips away the cultural 'noise' that permeates our lives and allows us to interact more purely with the components of our being that motivate us to act." -Dennis Wilhite
